The personal safety and health of each employee in our company are important. The prevention of occupationally induced injuries and illness is a consequence that will be given precedence over operating productivity.

Safety nets must be provided when workplaces are more than 10m above the ground, water surfaces, or other surfaces where the use of ladders, scaffolds, catch platforms, temporary floors, safety lines, and/or safety harnesses is impractical.

First aid kits will be available on the job. A sufficient number of kits shall be on hand to ensure immediate use. First aid supplies will include disposable gloves, disposable mouthpieces for CPR, and eye protection.

The use of personal protective equipment will be strictly enforced. Hard hats, ear protection, eye protection, and face protection are worn all the time by all workers on the job. In addition to adequate respiratory protection will be worn when required.

There must be a sufficient number of hand-operated fire extinguishers located throughout the project site for the protection of buildings, storage areas, and equipment. No open burning will be allowed on the job site, therefore, reducing fire hazards.
